""Friday, August 22nd at 4:30 Eastern. I look forward to talking to you tomorrow!"" this is what my coach told me almost a month ago, today is now the 19th day of September. He was telling me the date and times I was scheduled for our last coaching session. Mr. Palmer never notified me that he wouldn't be able to make this session nor did he apologize for my inconvenience. I've literally invested 1,000's of dollars for coaching that I haven't fully received and honestly I’m not to sure that i have been coached as well as I could've been because of Mr. palmer's poor work ethic. He's also manages to be late for every single session that I’ve been Scheduled for. In the last month or so I have missed out on a lot of opportunities and I credit most of this to the unprofessional ways of my so called mentor/coach. I’ve tried many times to reschedule my last class with him and preferably another coach but no one answers my phone calls and I’m always prompted to leave a voice mail. I've even asked Mr. Palmer to help me fill out a quitclaim deed after Aug 22. He did reply asking me to send it in a different format because he couldn’t review the document in the form I sent it. After I sent him the text in the form he requested, I never received another email from him at all, as expected and consistent with his former actions. The only credit I feel that he honestly deserves is the answering of my questions that I asked while we were actually on the phone. He along with the syllabus provided me with an understanding and foundation for what I was learning. Still to this day I have questions hindering me from continuing the pursuit of these houses. As you can probably imagine I’m not too happy with Mr. palmer and I do feel that I have been deprived of the education that I paid for to say the very least. I've even considered taking legal action against the company(s) that employee him for false advertisement and not giving me what was agreed upon. I have the records to prove Mr. Palmer’s failure to meet his duties! I think it would definitely be a waste of my time to purse such action especially when this situation can be remedied with another coach and more importantly the last class that I’ve paid for but have yet to receive.

We have found the coaching very helpful.  We are only into the third session but even all the websites that we have learned about are very helpful and Curt is always very professional when going over the sessions.  We really can't wait to make that first real tax deed purchase I think that will be the turning point from sitting back and listening to actually feel like we are on the road to success.

I just finished my 1st Coaching session at 9:30 pm....checked my e-mail shortly thereafter, and found a message in my in-box sent to me by my coach inviting me to join a meeting ""now""....Taylor didn't mention anything about this webinar during the session, but I clicked to join the meeting anyway.  I was unable to connect.   Was this e-mail sent to me in error?

I've had so many problems; I've really never gotten into it.  First was not able  to get my computer going, then after that It was my printer, after that it was Ike the storm,  We were without Power for a week.  Then were about to move to Porter, TX.  I'll give you my new address to be.

My coach may be doing his job as expected; however, I am more of less learning most of this on my own and through my research.  For example, last weeks session we went over three terms for the half hour and that was it.  It was my understanding we were going to be looking at properties together along with explanations.  It just seems like I spent a lot of money to teach myself.  My coach continues to ask me weekly if I have any questions.  I usually respond with a no.  I suppose I expect the coach to come to the table with something that will help me progress.

Allen has been good at answering questions and recharging our spirits.  My only disappointment is with the other 2 advisor companies I have been contacted by they have both promised to get me information or help in filing for a small business grant from the US Government so far I have not received help or information.
