Right now I feel lost.  The last couple of coaching sessions have been very disjointed.  Like last week it was all about down loading sea monkey.  My homework was to watch the tutorial on the sea monkey program and to have it opened when he called this week.  When he called it was as if something happened and he lost where we were and he gave me something else completely to do. I just wish the sessions would connect and make sense.

On the upside, Kellen explains things very well and simply, and is very patient with me. On the downside, (and it may just be that he is held up by a slow computer or something on his end) it often seems that he is distracted while he is in the middle of explaining something.

To whom this may Concern:

I am thrilled that I found this comment section because I really wanted someone on the top of the ranks to read these comments I expressed to Curt Lundquist.

 I received a phone call from a young gentleman by the name of Wes Terry.  A very smooth talking man and quit frankly I don't see how the man can sleep at nights with what he does to people.   He assured me that I would make my money back on my first sale.  He wanted to know my line of credit on my credit card.  I read off my statement the amount and he then told me that this course costs $3300.00.  At this point, I would like to know if I would have told him my line of credit was $2500.00 would I have not been able to do this course because I dint have a large enough line of credit?  Or would have he just take say $1500.00 instead?  i was also told that at ANYTIME during my training if I had questions or concerns to give him a call on his business phone because I had his number.   Well about the 6th session I wanted to express some of my concerns so I called.  His secretary answered and she hooked me up to his voicemail.  After waiting 5-6 days, I proceeded to call him again and left him a second message.  Guess what!  I'M STILL WAITING FOR THAT RETURN CALL!  This to me and most people is not good customer relations. What make this even sadder, I'm a paying customer.  I didn't have this kind of money and he knew it.  We, in Southern Il just live in a depressed area.  Nobody has that kind of money.  But hats off to you Wes Terry, I hope you have a good nights sleep.

About my mentor, a very polite man but not mentor material.  I tried to ask questions and basically got the run around.  Call the help hotline, which was not open when I tried calling.  He helped me download Googleearth. I couldn’t get down to ground level to see the property.  When it took me 3 hrs to find one property town and address to write the owners a letter, I was discouraged because I had 19 more to go.  At this point, I called Wes Terry 2 times for advice-I'm still waiting! 

I could go on with more, but I think, you as smart businessmen that you are, get my point.

I make around 20,000.00 a yr working 60 hrs. weekly. I am 49 yrs old.   Luckily, I have someone who cares about me enough to borrow me the money so the interest didn't put me under completely.  Thank you for your time and may you all sleep peacefully at night knowing what you do to people who are just trying to better themselves.

Jesse has been very helpful to me.  He is very patient as I have had computer technical problems that have repeatedly delayed my progress.  I have had some problems with scheduling.  When initial dates are set, somehow the dates are altered.  Jesse called when I was unavailable and he didn't call on days I had set for a session.

A lot of information, in a short amount of time.  It would have made things a lot easier if I knew how to use the computer be forehand. A lot of web sights I basically had to learn on by own, but it was nice to know that they were out there. I wouldn't have found them on my own. All and all Ryan was very helpful.  It might have helped if the session were little longer.

Were it not for the hot line people you employ will victor Natalie, Melisa, Liz Corey, Adrian, Lionel, Frederickect... I would have dropped this program in the round file by now. These folks I can’t commend enough for there help and professionalism. My coaching on the other hand was a total waste of good money and my time. I got ZERO by the way of help with this program. I was LOST when it finished and had no direction whatsoever to proceed. My explanation of being computer illiterate didnt seems to matter and just added to my confusion, until I started to use the hot line daily. 3 weeks of start up and coaching time, total waste, that’s my honest opinion. Thanks again to the hotline people I’ve had the pleasure to work with so far you have been great.

When I ordered and started this program I worked my ass off to make this work! I feel like I have been cheated by some of the coaching staff and customer service for not being able to assist me when I needed it the most. Now I have a company and no program, no website and certainly no help from anyone there. I know as much now as I did when I first started over 2 months ago, NOTHING!!! My first couple of coaching sessions was good. I had homework and thought I was going to do ok, and then it went down-hill from there. I was supposed to learn about affiliates and joint ventures but that never happened. I had a session cancelled by my coach and I had to cancel the following one for a court hearing. That threw me off! The next two sessions was him working on my site with me on the phone and the last one was If I had any questions for him. So, I learned absolutely nothing the entire time that I was suppose to be learning!!! I contacted the hotline numbers of times and was helped on a few occasions and on other times they were too busy to talk to me. There was a couple times that my coach felt that he had the right to yell at me, like I was a little kid. Who was I suppose to contact with that problem, the coaching staff? Ya right! It took me weekly to push my coach to help me get a website and when I finally got one It would not work. I had one website In 2 and half months. When I called the hotline, they were too busy to assist me. I got a female to help me connect my hoplink on my site and I lost $1500 in adwords because they were not put on my web pages properly, like she said they were. So this whole thing has been an absolute nightmare. I have two credit cards max-ed out and I am in debt more so now than when I started, but who cares about me! While I am at home struggling to make ends meat you are sitting on a beach soaking up the rays, drinking martinis thinking about the solid steady Income that you have got coming In from all of the failed customers that Jason has coached. There has got to be a lot! Have him try to coach you sometime and you will see what I mean! My over-all experience with this program has been a bad one. Like I said before, I feel CHEATED out of a lot of money and most importantly, an education. Graduation is for people that succeed at what they do, not for people that Jason coaches!!!

Please note my email address on your records is different from what I am using now sukrutham@msn.com.  Because I had a little trouble receiving some emails from my coach.  My first session one and two took place on 11-19-08.  I did not know that I was required to send my feed back at every end of the session.  Having known this couple of days ago I tried to log on to feed back site, I had trouble to log on to the site.  David is helpful in coaching. Materials are helpful.  Slow response from hotline. i was not given proper info on webinar initially.  Now I am able to register.  I need more help with webinar.  Customer service and hotline can help for a little extent.  Do you have any services that offer to create and add or a listing of a property on ebay or bid4assets.

First and foremost Eric has been wonderful, he has taught me way more that I can absorb in a week, he is very informative easy to talk to and has a nice personality. He has responded after each coaching session promptly with an email referring to our previous session...He always answers my questions and listens to me intently. He always is prompt and I never have had a session when I feel he hasn’t taught me something new... I will miss relying on him and wish I could keep him around for the future... he is an asset to your company~~~~~~~ he is wonderful thank you to Eric for all he did for me~~

I do not see how you could think I graduated.  I certainly don't fell I have, not in the least.  As far as the 4 calls you call coaching, it was worthless.  He gave me such good coaching advice as to call the hot line and ask for the forms.  Of course when I called me or the person on the phone had no idea what forms he was talking about.  Basically I don't I ever got any coaching at all.  I fell I was left in a maze of information, but I had no map, or no coach to help me find my way.  3 thousand + dollars and I were dropped in the middle of an on going class. Of which I was left to try to find the way to get to the beginning.  I feel I was ripped off.  There is no way you can drop someone in a class in the middle of a semester and expect them to do well, after missing the first half of the semester.  If I had known I was going to be dropped in the middle of an ongoing class with coach, and not started at the beginning.  I would have never started this program.  I explained that I was legally blind, and that my mother had altimers and was in a home that cost 4 thousand a month for her to stay their and I was told that was not a problem, that I would get coaching.  I do not consider 4 20 minute phone calls as coaching.  I believe this has been the biggest rip-off that I have ever had happen to me.  Now I guess I have to decide what to do about it.
