Pierce did a really good job of answering my questions.  He didn't make me feel stupid or that some of my questions were.  My friend died and I was too have a session with Pierce but he understood that I was upset and re-scheduled for me.  I hope too take what he taught me and run with it.....

May I make a recommendation? Put a single page attachment in your coaching sessions when talking about each website. Maybe list a [1step,2 step, 3step,etc.] approach on how to use the site. That way, I can simply make a hard copy for instruction while viewing the site. This way I can learn at my own pace without the frustration of having to find the information elsewhere. I have enjoyed working with Mr. Freckleton these past few weeks. I did learn a lot more then I thought I would. I have to admit I’m still completely lost as to what I’m doing. I've put a lot of money in to this and honestly got nothing to show for it but an llc license and somebody for tax accounting that’s costing me money every month. I guess you could say I’m just a little discouraged because I’m broke and not able to do a thing right now. I’m sure Mr. Freckleton has done all he is able to.

I am pleased to say I know a lot more than I would know if I did not have a mentor.  The mentoring system is OK but for people like me who learn best from on hands interaction.  It would be nice to have a mentor in the area of the student. I have found that communication is slow example response time to e-mails. I feel if I had maybe 4hrs of the 10 sessions for one on one in house mentoring I would have learned 10 fold of my current knowledge.

There were a lot of obstacles that I had to overcome in a different area of this program.  Pierce was able to work with me and accommodate me every time I had to reschedule.  His coaching skills were fabulous. Several times I had to step back and think thing through and then I would come back with questions, which he was very patient about.

The whole process has been very helpful, especially the notes as to what steps to take in the process of finding the property and then purchasing.  Being new to real estate, it feels like having only 4 sessions with Edwin is way too short.
