Alan is a terrific teacher!  I, so far, have been pleased with all the mentoring I have received.  If I call with a problem I have instant help, especially Diana (don't know her last name) and, of course with my coach, Alan.  He is exceptionally knowledgeable and easy to talk with and always willing to answer questions.  I have just had my fifth tele. Mark Freckleton has been an excellent coach from every point of view. He has the knowledge of how to make the business, how to guide the student through the proper steps and how to explain complex concepts with simple words.

He has been flexible and understanding when some unexpected circumstances obligated me to receive the phone calls somewhere else or at a different time. He knows exaclty in which part of the process I am, what has been discussed and what is yet to be analyzed. Tyler has been very good at taking me through the cores. I'm not that grate with a computer. He was com at all time even when I would get upset with myself. I feel that I'll be able to fine my way around with the computer. I just wish I could join in the webwer but I can't for I can’t get home from work until 5:30 PM est time. Taylor was a wonderful coach. I could ask question and get answers when I didn't understand. He was very patient with my lack of knowledge. I know I still have a lot to learn, but he has given me the tools to find answers for myself or I can contact the customer number.

The only thing, I don't think that thirty minutes gives you very much time with your coach, especially when you are new to this type of business.

Since we were switched to Charlene we have actually had communication on a weekly basis for the first time in 2 months. Charlene does a good job with the lessons, but it seems the lessons can be a lot to learn at once. If you don't have enough time to get them done, you are totally lost.

Taylor did an excellent job.  The sessions are really fast paced, but he always asked up front if there were any issues or areas he could help with from our last session before we began.   Mentor was very patient and in some cases asked which piece I would prefer to focus on. This was excellent because I am proficient with the use of computers and so did not need to spend time needlessly in that area.   I do think the overall sessions should be 45 minutes instead of 30 minutes though.

My coach, Mark Freckleton, is a super guy. He's very knowledgeable and personable. I explained that I am VERY ""computably challenged"", so he would have to be patient with me...which he was, since I'm actually learning two new careers at once--real estate investing AND computers plus working full time. Mark never made me feel incompetent and kept urging me on with positive reinforcement.  The course seems to contain more psychological coaching/theory than I'd prefer. I need to focus more on the nuts and bolts of finding all the information necessary for locating/buying/selling the properties...more one on one computer time looking at websites simultaneously telling me click here, click there to find the specific information that I need. We did that sometimes, but not as much as I needed.  Overall, Mark did a great job for me, teaching me a lot of Ins & Outs on the web.
